Eat From the Rainbow

Some of the highest nutrient-level non-starchy carbohydrates are colourful

ORANGE : carrots, sweet potato, cantaloupe

GREEN  :  broccoli, spinach, avocado

RED  :  beets, red peppers, raspberries, pomegranate, cranberries, cherries

BLUE :  blueberries

PURPLE :  red onion, radicchio

BLACK :  blackberries, olives, seaweed
